How do I place an order?
You can order directly on mydecor.co.ke, WhatsApp us on 0706 636 363, or DM us on Instagram @mydecor_ke. Our team will assist you personally.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we deliver across Kenya. Free delivery on orders above KSh 10,000 within Nairobi CBD. Outside Nairobi, delivery charges apply based on location. Contact us on 0706 636 363 for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Within Nairobi: same day or next day on orders placed before 12pm. Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days via courier. We send you a WhatsApp or email notification once dispatched.
How can I pay?
We accept M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa / Buy Goods), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer for large orders. Payment is processed before dispatch.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes — free in-store pickup is available at our showroom, Uhuru Highway / Bunyala Rd roundabout, Nairobi. Place your order online or via WhatsApp and collect at your convenience.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept general returns. However, ff your order arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours — we will resolve it immediately.
Are your faux plants realistic?
Yes. Our faux plants are high quality and very difficult to distinguish from real plants. They don't fade, wilt, or need watering — and guests regularly ask if they're real.
Do you have gift cards and a gift registry?
Yes to both. Gift cards start from KSh 500 and never expire. You can also create a free gift registry at mydecor.co.ke/giftregistrys — ideal for housewarmings, weddings, and baby showers.
