To place an order: shop online at mydecor.co.ke, WhatsApp us on 0706 636 363 with your items and delivery location, or visit our showroom. We accept M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa / Buy Goods), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer for large orders. Payment is required in full before dispatch.
Delivery, damaged items and loyalty rewards
We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Free delivery on orders above KSh 10,000 within Nairobi CBD. Nairobi orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day or next business day. Outside Nairobi, delivery takes 2–5 business days via courier — charges apply based on your location. Free in-store pickup is always available at our Uhuru Highway / Bunyala Rd showroom.
We do not accept general returns or exchanges — all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the damage, your order number, and your contact details via WhatsApp on 0706 636 363 or email decor@mydecor.co.ke. We will resolve all genuine damage claims immediately at no cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
